Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus and other singers Lily Allen and Amy Winehouse seem to have been a source of inspiration for parents in Scotland naming their children in 2009. Miley was the fastest climber for girls in Scotland, jumping 190 places from last year and into the top 100 girls’ names at 95th on the list. Meanwhile Lily has risen seven places to 16th and Amy four places up to 9th this year.
